Woohoo! Half way mark! Still feeling good. Took a little more planning today as we're visiting family out of town.
Meal 1
Oh man, we discovered how awesomely crispy shredded sweet potato can get. It was soooooo goooood. Leftover meatballs, a fried egg and some fruit and far. Done!
Meal 2
Was so full from fried sweet potatoes that I had a handful of almonds and an egg muffin for lunch while driving to our destination.
Meal 3
Impressively large plate of Greek bbq chicken, salad, green beans and potato wedges. Kombucha on the side.
Tomorrow will be the first time I eat out I two weeks. I've planned out what I'll eat at the restaurant for lunch. Hopefully it all works out and tastes good!
